Aleesha is a professional female bodybuilder that has gained recognition in the past two decades. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to an athletic family. Her siblings also played athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played a variety of games like basketball, soccer and softball, before she got interested in bodybuilding when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she remained her ninth place result. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2000, where she finished the fourth position. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief absence from her sport due to health issues.
